Where is NYC Space located?

NYC Space is at 225 Broadway, 2nd Floor, in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan (New York, NY 10007). We're on the corner of Broadway and Barclay Street, a minute from the Fulton Street subway hub.

How much does a private office cost at NYC Space?

Private offices start at $1,215 a month and run across ten tiers and twenty-three rooms — from solo studios for one or two people up to team suites that fit four to eight. Tell us your team size on the pricing page and we'll email you the exact rooms and rates that fit.

Do you offer coworking day passes?

Yes. A day pass to the coworking lounge is $40 for the day. You can also buy a 10-visit pack for $299 (use it within twelve months), or go full-time with Lounge Unlimited at $449 a month, which adds 24/7 access plus the fitness center and showers.

What's included with a private office?

Offices come furnished and move-in ready with fast, dedicated Wi-Fi, 24/7 keyed access, mail and package handling, cleaning, and free coffee, snacks, and cold drinks. You also get the fitness center and showers, plus free meeting-room hours each month depending on your room.

Can I rent a meeting room without being a member?

Yes — the 14-person boardroom is open to the public as well as office and lounge members. Non-member rates start at $135 an hour, with a full-day rate of $850 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Members save 20% and Lounge 10 holders save 10%. Email info@nycspace.com to book.

Which subway lines are near 225 Broadway?

Almost every line. The Fulton Street hub (2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, and Z trains) is about a minute away, the R and W stop at City Hall, and the PATH and A, C, E lines are at the World Trade Center and Chambers Street — all a few minutes on foot.

Is there a fitness center and showers?

Yes. There's a fitness center with showers on the 27th floor, included with every private office and with Lounge Unlimited.

How do I book a tour?

Tours are free and by appointment, Monday through Friday. Request one on the contact page or email info@nycspace.com and we'll confirm a time. You can also walk the whole space in 3D from the site before you come in.
